“The restaurant is on the ground floor of the One Campus Martius and is operated by Bloomfield Hills-based Cicero Hospitality. Adelina is a collaboration between celebrity chef and restaurateur Fabio Viviani and local chefs Gabriel Botezan and Marco Dalla Fontana. Banquette seating at Adelina bar area in downtown Detroit.
Viviani is best known for appearing on Bravo’s “Top Chef” seasons 5 and 8 and Fabio Viviani Hospitality, with numerous restaurants and brand partnerships across several states.
“I, along with the entire Fabio Viviani Hospitality team, could not be more excited about the opening of Adelina,” said Viviani in a news release. “This menu is truly special: a perfect blend of signature Italian dishes rooted in tradition and modern Mediterranean fare.
