In March, Adelina, led by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, opened near Campus Martius Park. Hour Detroit interviewed Viviani and Executive Chefs Marco Dalla Fontana and Gabriel Botezan, who previously worked together at Bacco Ristorante. Botezan learned the importance of simplicity in Italian cooking from Dalla Fontana. The collaboration at Adelina focuses on delivering elevated home cooking with an Italian-Mediterranean twist in a beautiful setting.
